How Can rapid Heart Rate Along With Dizziness Be Treated?
I have had numerous situations during vigorous exercise, hot yoga or steam baths that my heart will rise very rapidly in a very short period of time to over 170 beats per minute with a feeling of dizziness, light headedness, weakness etc. This seems to happen regularly with strenuous exercise or hot, humid rooms.

Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated. Detailed evaluation including serial ECG and echo test is required to rule out possible cardiac causes including arrhythmia.
